Check for Broken Links
There are many tools/ websites will allow you type in your URL and check broken links for you. Use one of these to check your site before your presentation
Simply enter a URL into the field to begin validating your page.
The validator will give you a list of errors if there are any. You will often be surprised at the small mistakes that will come back to you in the report. Not closing tags is a simple, but costly error. An open tag can be disastrous on older browsers and some less forgiving newer ones. Another error that often comes back is missing alt attributes for images. In a haste to code a site, it is easy to forget to include the alt attribute, but remember, as we code for a better, more semantic web, things like alt should always be included in your image tags. This allows users who employ screen readers to receive all of your site’s content properly, including image content.
Fix your code before sending the site off to clients.
